A Chinese reticulated Hetian jade plaque or pendant, likely Qing Dynasty. Crafted from pale celadon or whitish-green jade, this openwork piece features a rectangular form with rounded corners. The intricate carving depicts dense naturalistic motifs, including prominent lotus leaves, blossoms, and intertwining foliage. A small aquatic creature or fish is visible near a large leaf, and a bird appears in the upper left. The lower edge is carved to resemble bamboo segments.
