A hand-colored anatomical illustration on aged paper, executed after the style of the renowned 15th-century Persian physician Mansur Ibn Ilyas. This piece depicts a human figure in a seated posture, revealing internal organs, a vascular system, and a pregnant uterus containing a fetus. Numerous labels in Arabic/Persian script identify various body parts, including "Brain, " "Eye, " "Heart, " "Liver, " "Spleen, " "Stomach, " "Kidneys, " "Bladder, " "Uterus, " and "Fetus." An inscription in the lower right corner translates to "Authored by Bakhsh."

Condition report:
The aged paper exhibits general age-appropriate toning and minor discoloration. The pigments remain vibrant and well-preserved. The contemporary frame and mat are in good condition.
