Lot 128: A Tibetan Bronze Figure of Ushnishavijaya (Namgyalma)
A Tibetan bronze figure of Ushnishavijaya (Namgyalma), cast as the multi-headed, multi-armed deity seated in a lotus position (padmasana) on a multi-tiered lotus pedestal. The figure displays three visible faces, with the implication of a fourth at the rear, and eight arms, some of which hold indistinct implements. Adorned with elaborate crowns, earrings, and necklaces, the sculpture exhibits a rich, mottled brown and greenish-blue patina.
