It is crafted from a translucent, variegated jade displaying milky white, grey, and mottled brown inclusions. Adorning the exterior is a circular, domed plaque of gilt metal set with a central white cabochon glass surrounded by six cabochon-cut red glass gemstones in a floral arrangement, all set into a dark green material.
